Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days from the date of shipment, though this may vary depending on your specific location and the courier service.

5. Tracking

Tracking details will be sent to your registered email or phone number once the order is shipped from our warehouse.

6. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by external courier issues or unforeseen external events (such as extreme weather, strikes, or public service disruptions), but we will actively assist with tracking and resolution efforts.

7. Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and the product inside so we can quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
